Registering a Student at Baldwin High School
To complete the registration process at Baldwin High School, certain documentation is necessary.

• A child must reside with a parent in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. A child must be registered by a parent and/or legal guardian. If the individual registering the child is not the child’s parent, the adult registering the child must provide appropriate, legal documentation to show dependency or guardianship.

• Immunizations – A student must present documentation of up-to-date immunizations

• Information about the school from which the student is transferring – the name, address, phone number, and FAX number of the prior school is necessary so that records can be obtained

• Birth Certificate – A copy of the student’s birth certificate must be presented at the time of registration

• Report Card/Transcript – It is very difficult to properly schedule a student without information about past and current academic involvement.

• Social Security Number of Student – No card is necessary, but the social security number should be given at the time of registration

It is best to call in advance to set up an appointment for registration. This will ensure that appropriate personnel are available to help the family complete the process.
